SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard Shipping
Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas) are processed and shipped within three business days. In the event there are fulfilment issues, we will be in contact within 48 hours to discuss them with you. Standard orders placed on public holidays or on the weekend are processed on the and shipped within four business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, to help you track the progress of your order.
We use external courier companies to ship your items. Once the order is handed over to the courier, any delays or missing packages are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any delays caused but we will assist where we can in locating and expediting the package delivery. You are provided with a tracking number and the nominated carrier's details in your shipping confirmation email and this information can be used by you to follow up with the courier should items take longer than expected to arrive.
If you are not at your place of residence during the hours of 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday, we recommend you provide a suitable daytime delivery address to avoid delays or mail redirections. This is important for all deliveries, which require a signature upon receipt and extremely important for customers who live in an apartment complex. Please ensure you have provided the correct address for delivery, as once the package is dispatched, it cannot be changed.
Our couriers are unable to deliver to your post office box or parcel lockers as they are unable to access the Australia Post network. Please DO NOT provide a PO Box, Parcel Locker or Post Office as your shipping address. Doing so will only cause delays as we will need to reach out to you to obtain a suitable street address prior to dispatch.
If you live within an apartment complex and are not home when the courier attempts delivery, you will be carded to collect the consignment at the courier's nearest depot or may be charged at your own cost to have the consignment redelivered. We will not be responsible for any additional charges for re-delivery attempts to apartments.
The moment you accept delivery of your purchase from Simple Form, you agree that the products have been received in good order and acceptable condition. It is a requirement that once your order is received, you open and inspect all items and packages within 48 hours.
If you believe an item you have received is faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods to allow us to resolve the matter quickly, quoting your order number, name and address, photos and as many details as possible.
Claims placed for transit damages beyond 7 days after receipt (including weekends) will not be accepted.
Express Shipping
Express shipping rates are not explicitly advertised as these vary on a case by case basis taking into factors such as actual weight and cubic weight. If you require this service, please send us an email at admin@simpleform.com.au outlining your postcode and the items you would like to order and we will get back to you with the best shipping quote we can obtain and shipping timeframes.
Orders will be shipped on the same business day (provided your order is received before 1pm AEST). Express delivery takes 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch for all Australian East Coast metropolitan areas and 4-7 days for the outer suburbs of the Eastern states and for our WA & QLD friends. These are estimates only provided by Australia Post and therefore we will not provide any guarantees with these timeframes.

In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, delivery is free for Simple Form. customers within Australia if you spend $150 or more on full priced items in one transaction*. Please do note exclusions do apply to this Free Shipping Offer. Please see below.
In an effort to do our part for the environment, we do reuse and recycle all packing materials that we receive so you will not receive an elaborate Cardboard Box with Simple Form branded on it.

Free Australian Shipping Exclusions - Heavy, Fragile or Bulky Items

Free shipping does not apply where objects are heavy, fragile or bulky, even if they exceed the $150 threshold. Due to its size, weight and fragile nature, certain products are excluded from our free shipping offer. This is indicated in the shipping section of each product. Please contact us with your postcode and suburb to obtain an accurate shipping quote prior to completing your purchase. Alternatively, courier charges are advised at check out and we will reach out to you after you have placed your order for any upward shipping adjustments required (particularly for regional areas of Australia as these are not easily estimated).

What is a heavy item? A heavy item is anything that weighs more than 5kg on its own.

What is considered a bulky item? A bulky item is anything that cannot be packed into a cubic box measuring 40 x 40 x 40cm on its own taking into account additional packaging. This includes lightweight objects weighing less than 5kg. If your complete order exceeds $150 and contains both bulky and other smaller items, the exclusion only applies to the bulky item. Other items will qualify for free shipping.

What is a fragile item? These are items that we fear may break during transit and not only need to be insured against damage during transit but also require extra packaging (larger box, bubble wrap, foam beads etc) to ensure it arrives to you safely. These extra precautions lend themselves to higher freight and handling charges.
The Rest of the World - Estimates Only
We are happy to ship to our friends abroad. If you wish to have an item shipped outside Australia, please send us an email first, outlining the items you wish to purchase and the preferred delivery destination. We will quickly respond with freight costs and an approximate delivery time to your location. Alternatively, you are able to calculate an estimate, based on weight, from our National Carrier - Australia Post's website here.
Unfortunately, lighting and furniture products are not available to customers located outside Australia.
